Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator

Yeah, it's commercial art, but it pays the bills. Here you can find samples of photo retouching, manipulation and correction as well as magazine covers and layouts and other stuff that I created with the magic of apple computers.

PHOTOSHOP
Adcozilla logo. This would have been used as the welcome screen for Adcozilla. It was never used. Can't imagine why. There's a lot of detail in here.
This is the art dept. at Adco Media. We wanted a portrait that said 'us'. After a few different tries I found the right photo. I only wish that I had time to give the girl (front center) freckles.
Here is an 8x10 toddler photo from the late 70's. The print had heavy water damage and turned red.
I was able to remove the water spots, restore the color and fix the background which had noticeable water along the edges.

Not so much a retouch as a major overhaul.

INDESIGN
These are entertainment magazine covers laid out in InDesign. They ranged from 8 to 24 pages. The blank spot is where an ad was placed. The last book includes a layout.

Cover for an eight page employee newsletter at the Disneyland Resort.

MOMENTS Photography campaigns.

ILLUSTRATOR
A collection of ads for newspapers, magazines. They include fliers and menus.

THE REAL ARCHAEOLOGIST
The Real Archaeologist was a TV show that was pitched to the Discovery Channel. The project consisted of creating a logo for the show (see markers) as well as advertising through the use of travel stickers. These stickers, though composed with real photos, were inspired by attraction posters at Disneyland.

ARTICLES and LAYOUTS
Here is an interview with Imagineer Tony Baxter. The interview is in two parts. The first part details the opening of Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln.

A proposed second article would deal with story of bringing the submarines back to Tomorrowland and next years upgraded Star Tours 2.0. Also the final issue of Mouse Press below.
